Why I built this course
I spent over a decade working in hospitals, research labs, and classrooms helping people navigate anxiety, panic, phobias, and stress.
But I grew frustrated by how many people were still left out of the conversation and how often support felt too clinical, complicated, and out of reach.
So I left the traditional mental health world to build something different:
- Educational tools that are actually accessible.
- Simple strategies that are backed by science.
- And a community that makes it easier to keep showing up.

Today, over 340,000 people follow my YouTube channel to learn practical skills for managing anxiety and staying mentally focused in a fast-moving world.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife, our two kids, and a lot of books about Star Trek, psychology, and the future.
